ByMe AI is designed as a private writing polish tool. This policy explains what the current app does and does not collect.
Data collection
ByMe AI does not collect personal data in the current build. The app does not require an account, does not use analytics, does not include advertising SDKs, and does not track users across apps or websites.
Local storage
Draft history, voice notes, avoid-word preferences, onboarding state, and app settings are stored locally on your device. The Share Extension can read and write the same local app group storage so shared text can be rewritten and saved in the app.
Sharing
Generated text only leaves your device when you choose to copy, share, send, or paste it into another app. ByMe AI does not send your writing to a backend service in the current build.
Tracking
ByMe AI does not track you and does not use data brokers, third-party advertising identifiers, or cross-app tracking.
Future changes
If a future version adds accounts, sync, cloud processing, analytics, subscriptions, or other services that collect data, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before those features are released.
